National Victims and Survivors of Crime Week

From May 27-June 2, 2018, Canadians observe Victims and Survivors of Crime Week. This is a time when victims and survivors of crime, service providers, advocates and others concerned with issues affecting victims gather together to discuss those issues and highlight the work that is being done to help resolve them. For 2018, the theme is 'Transforming the Culture Together'.

The Office of the Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime (OFOVC) would like to acknowledge and thank all those individuals and organizations committed to helping victims and to trying to effect positive change.

For those organizing and participating in events across Canada, we wish you a productive and successful week.
